CALL FOR PAPER

13-12-2022

Dear researchers;

We are proud and happy to share with you the excitement of its starting the publication life of Turkey's first international peer-reviewed semiotics journal, which was established by the Turkish Semiotics Circle (TGÇ) in order to support semiotic studies in our country and in the world.

We designed TAMGA- Journal of Turkish Semiotic Studies as an open-access, trilingual (Turkish, English,h and French) online journal to be published twice a year (June and December). The journal focuses on the ways in which meaning is produced in social, cultural, communal, and natural sign systems, the relationship of signs with the world and people, and the relationship of people and the world with signs. The aim of the journal is to bring descriptive and critical interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary studies to readers from all over the world.

Our journal includes innovative research studies, theoretical writings, and book reviews in which established methods, techniques, and analysis tools are used within the framework of the possibilities of 21st-century semiotics, whose influence is rapidly increasing all over the world. The journal accepts articles from all disciplines related to semiotics, focused on the problems of today's society, responding to the solution of problems and needs.

We look forward to your contributions to the first issue of our magazine, which will be published in June 2023, and wish you success in your work.

Yours sincerely,

TAMGA- Journal of Turkish Semiotic Studies
